Our list of accepted insurance is always growing.

We are doing all that we can to improve your access to lactation care by
working with as many insurance companies as possible.

Please contact us with any questions regarding your insurance coverage.

Aetna Insurance

In-Network

We are in-network with Aetna. If you have insurance through Aetna we will bill Aetna directly on your behalf. They usually provide coverage for up to 6 visits. This can be a combination of prenatal, initial consultants and follow up visits. Please book under "In Network Insurance" here and provide all of your insurance information in your intake form including a copy of your insurance card. We require a credit card on file in case of unpaid co-insurance, late cancellations, and no shows.

The Alliance

We are in-network with The Alliance. If you have insurance through The Alliance we will bill The Alliance directly on your behalf. Please book under "In Network Insurance" here and provide all of your insurance information in your intake form including a copy of your insurance card. We require a credit card on file in case of unpaid co-insurance, late cancellations, and no shows.

All Savers

We are in-network with All Savers. If you have insurance through All Savers we will bill All Savers directly on your behalf. Badger Care, Medicaid, WIC Participant,
Financial Need

We offer discounted rates for those with BadgerCare and Medicaid. See our booking widget for more details. We are happy to set up payment plans as well that fit your financial situation. Payment plans are set up as a monthly auto- payment with a credit card on file. Please reach out if you would like to discuss your options. Payment plans must be set up before your visit. At this time BadgerCare and Medicaid do not allow us to bill them or pay for out of network coverage. We encourage you to contact them to voice your concerns about this exemption to your coverage.

Tricare

In-Network

We are in-network with Tricare. We will bill Tricare directly on your behalf. Because of Tricare's reimbursement rate these visits are office visits only. Please book under "In Network Insurance" here and provide all of your insurance information in your intake form including a copy of your insurance card. We require a credit card on file in case of unpaid co-insurance, late cancellations, and no shows. If you have Tricare Prime you will need a referral from your primary physician to utilize our care. Tricare Select plans do not need a referral. Please contact us with questions.

Trilogy Health Solutions Network

In-Network

We are in-network with Trilogy Health Solutions and their Third Party Administrators. Your insurance card MUST have the Trilogy logo on it to have coverage. If you have insurance through Trilogy Health Solutions Network we will bill Trilogy Health Solutions or their administrators  directly on your behalf. WPS Health Insurance
 
In-Network

We are in-network with WPS. If you have insurance through WPS we will bill WPS directly on your behalf. We require a credit card on file in case of unpaid co-insurance, late cancellations, and no shows.

All Other Insurance Plans

Please book under "Self Pay" here. Credit card is required with booking. Payment is auto charged at the time of service and we will provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.  The Affordable Care Act mandates coverage for lactation support but we do not guarantee reimbursement. HMO plans may require a referral from your health care provider in order to be reimbursed. You may also need a Network Gap Exemption for coverage by an out-of-network provider. Call your insurance company for more details.
